Shipping policy

Made to order
Every DECIDED. item is printed and made to order when you place your purchase, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During launches, holidays, and high-volume seasons, production may take a little longer.

Shipping times
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–8 business days. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control can occasionally extend delivery.

Orders with multiple items
DECIDED. products are made to order by trusted production partners, and different types of items are made at different facilities. If your order includes more than one type of item, such as a candle and a canvas, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Canvas art typically takes a few extra business days to produce, so it may arrive after the rest of your order. You'll receive tracking information for each package as it ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address. Orders of $99 or more ship free within the United States. The free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us at studio@decidedfaith.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before checking out. If you notice an error, contact us right away at studio@decidedfaith.com. We can't change an address once an order has shipped, and we're not able to replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at studio@decidedfaith.com and we'll make it right.
